Perfect for to learn:
Pilates Stretch Exercises: learn how to do the basic exercises we practice in our studio to keep our body flexible and strong. We all have to keep a routine of exercises with specific movements to do the correct body maintenance and keep our flexibility.
Thinking about this task, we need to learn those exercises. That's what you will learn at our Open Class, the basic exercises we need to keep practicing to be always flexible .
