Under the expert guidance of Alan Garcia, you will master the 20 foundational exercises on the Reformer, all while applying the 6 fundamental principles established by Joseph Pilates. Cancellation Policy

Pilates Classes Policy **Cancellation Policy** - Clients can cancel their class up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded. **Rescheduling Policy** - Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class start time. Any rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the start time will not be accommodated. **Booking Policy** - Class bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time to ensure availability and preparation. **Packages** - All packages purchased are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or reused by another person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients.
