AG Pilates Studio Policies and Procedure
1. Package sessions and Memberships are non-refundable.
2. Package sessions must be paid in full and are scheduled at the time of sign-up.
3. Membership must be paid monthly and are scheduled at the begin of each new month.
4. Cancelation or Reschedule: The client must cancel their class in the booking system with maximum of 24 hours advanced, less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in a charge to the package session.
5. Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the studio.
AG Pilates Studio Terms and Conditions
1. AG Pilates Studio sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time.
3. No Pilates Memberships or Package Sessions refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions strictly during the valid period of plan.
