At AG Pilates Studio, we invite you to join a results-focused Pilates journey designed to transform your body and mind in just 8 weeks.

What Is the 8-Week Pilates Challenge?
The 8-Week Challenge is a structured program where each participant selects one personal goal to focus on. With consistent attendance (at least 2 sessions per week), tailored guidance, and weekly motivation, you’ll work toward real and measurable progress.

Complete the full challenge and earn a reward package, including a certificate, a bonus Pilates session, and a place on our official Wall of Champions.

Who Is This For?


This program is ideal for:

New clients ready to commit to a specific fitness goal.
Current students looking to increase consistency and results.
Anyone returning to Pilates who needs structure and motivation.
Adults of all levels seeking to improve their strength, posture, core, or mental focus.
No prior Pilates experience is needed. All sessions are guided by certified instructor Alan Garcia.

At the start of the challenge, each participant selects one goal to focus on.

    Define your abs and feel unstoppable from the inside out.

    Build full-body power and feel ready for anything life throws at you.

  5. Spine & Stability
    Protect your back, improve control, and move with confidence.

Your journey will be tracked weekly with feedback, support, and real results!

Program Details:
Duration: 8 consecutive weeks

Evaluations and Initial Celebration: Saturday, 31 May
Start: Monday, 2 June
End: Friday, 26 July
Evaluations and Final celebration: Saturday, 27 July


Required attendance: Minimum of 2 classes per week
Modalities available: Classical Pilates
Location: AG Pilates Studio, Mascot NSW


Each participant will receive a goal card, weekly check-ins, and support throughout the program.

Completion Rewards:
All participants who complete the full challenge will receive:

  1. A pair of Pilates socks

  2. A printed medal of completion

  3. One bonus Pilates Circuit class

  4. Recognition on the AG Pilates Wall of Champions

Available times: Monday to Friday 9am or 10am, Saturday 12pm
During this session, we’ll assess your condition, help you choose your goal, and prepare your personalized challenge plan.

Step 2 – Secure your spot and complete your registration.

Step 3 – Begin your 8-week transformation on 2 June
